Recognize What Is Yours
Ask what is controlling you, what is actually within your control, and what belongs to someone else.
Control in TBC does not mean controlling other people or controlling every outcome. It means recognizing what is actually within your authority, taking responsibility for your choices without accepting misplaced blame, and deliberately directing your own actions.
Ask what is controlling you, what is actually within your control, and what belongs to someone else.
A reaction may happen automatically. Control begins when you can notice the reaction and decide what you want to do next.
Repeated choices become evidence. Over time, the goal is not to depend on TBC to direct you, but to become increasingly capable of directing yourself.
Growth without identity can become performance. Identity without control can become passive self-knowledge. Control without growth can become rigidity. TBC joins all three: become more fully yourself, remember there is only one of you, and direct the parts of life that are actually yours to direct.
